Management hours are Monday-Friday 9am to 6pm
Saturday 10am to 5pm and Sunday 1pm to 5pm.

Lease terms available are 6 thru 15 months.

Fees for renting include an application
fee of $25 to $40.

There is a deposit requirement of $100 to
$500.

Your income must equal 3 times the rent
or you will need
a co-signer that meets this
qualification.

Pets are allowed with a $250 deposit per
pet. $100 of the pet
deposit is not refundable.
There is no per-month/per-pet rent.

You are limited to
two pets and certain breeds are
subject to Management approval.

Management does check your credit. We may
accept
co-signers and first time renters.

Management also checks
criminal history backgrounds.

There is no senior discount.

Pest control fees are paid for by
Management.
